There is a 20% restocking fee when returning any SPECIAL ORDER item returned within 30 days.

Special orders returned after 30 days are subject to a 40% restocking fee as we are not able to return the part to the manufacturer.

 
This only applies to the return of an item ordered for you that we do not carry in inventory.  This fee is to help cover return shipping to the supplier.
